Saw Rick's KPBS show and did the tacos al pastor tonight to major acolades. Too freakin lazy to take pics and I regret it but that was a lovely easy meal. With leftovers. So here is a pic from the web that does not show my lovely grilled red onions, pineapples and homemade salsa verde.
